We needed storage immediately on Sunday 25 July because our new flat which we were due to move into on Monday 26 July had become unavailable. We were able to reserve a unit on the Sunday and our belongings were delivered to that unit the next day. The person who was working on the Monday (apologies, I did not catch his name) was EXTREMELY helpful and understanding in what was a stressful situation for us.

I have never previously used a storage facility, but having experienced such a professional and individual welcome I would not hesitate in recommending your organisation. The ease of access is a strong feature and the undoubted maximum security leaves me feeling confident that my belongings are safe and secure. Thanks Big Yellow.

Good quality clean storage facility. Really appreciated facilities such as trolleys provided on site making it easy to get to my room.

Found the Balham store online after spending several weeks looking at alternatives. Booked in to open account and run through procedures with staff member. Original storage area was a little far from the lifts but staff more than happy to re-allocate and find an alternative. Within an hour had undergone vetting procedure and obtained access to stoarge facility. Whole facility is professionally operated and very secure.

This is a genuinely great service. I had a really friendly staff member who helped me with my move and showed me the options I had in my price range. The payment plans were flexible, and moving out was really simple. I would definitely come back to Big Yellow - with all the stress of moving house, Big Yellow was the one thing I didn't have to worry about!

I was expecting the whole afternoon to be horribly busy, but it didn't turn out like that at all. The online inventory meant that registration was speedy; the staff were knowledgable and helpful, and also found time to show me empty units of varying sizes as I may want a smaller unit at a later date. The unit itself was spotless, and there were plenty of trolleys to help move the furniture and many boxes; we had two large furniture lorries unloaded and my possessions into storage in under an hour. Result!

This is the second time I've used Big Yellow and each time I've been really impressed by the customer service. It's a cliche but it really is a pleasure doing business with them!

I have had a great experience with the Big Yellow at Balham. They have found me x3 units, all close together and always been on hand to help when I have needed assistance. The space is clean and easy to use. They have even helped me find a removal team to help shift all of the stuff.

Being a student who lives outside London the storage facilities are definitely a plus as I am spared the commute of having to take my things back home to Ipswich. They give students special discounts and that's definitely the most important thing as far as I am concerned, as it is the reason why I use Big Yellow over any other storage company.
