I used yellow storage as it was easy to use - that was the most important thing to me. An access and protection was great. I also used a discounted offer to extend my storage which I accepted.
Although Big Yellow is slightly more expensive than its direct competitors, this is reflected in the environment and the attitude of its staff. I had a unit in Balham for over 6 months and was thoroughly impressed with the service.

I found the staff here extremely helpful, the set up works...I just fear that it is rather expensive, but that is the case across the board. There is a good introductory offer.
The location of the store is the key benefit here but the storage options (different sizes) is also great. The opening hours are very good, with some access even when the office is closed - although I would like some greater clarity on when out of hours access is available and when it is not. The value is very good, considering the security, opening hours, ease of access, etc.
