Very professional and excellent service from staff and management. Pleasant and always ready to help. Clean and organised.

First impressions, highly impressive, individual chap managing the depot. He changed my location so that I was nearer the lifts. I didn't feel as if I was dealing with some anonymous corporation, instead I was talking with real, live, intelligent human beings. That counts for a lot nowadays.

Had the parking area not been on a slope, which made pushing a loaded trolley a little effortful, and had there not been countinuous radio 2 over the tannoy system, which I found quite tiring, I would have rated the store 5* all-round.

This is the first time I have used Big Yellow Self Storage and it won't be the last. The staff were excellent. Relaxed , helpful and gave clear instructions and explanations. Very helpful in finding the correct storage size and best solution for ease of access to our goods whilst in storage. At the end of a busy and tiring day packing up and transporting our sons belongings to Big Yellow it was wonderful to have professional, friendly and helpful service from the young lady member of staff who helped us, Well done Big Yellow ! I will be recommending you to all friends and business contacts.

Put my items in store on November the 26th in Brighton - staff where really helpful let me upgrade to a bigger unit with no issues. I also got a 50% discount and they even made me a cup of tea!
