We find Big Yellow to be a fantastic asset to our business. We don't have enough space to keep all our touring equipment in the office and so a store is a must. Big Yellow is convenient, secure and the staff are incredibly accommodating. Would definitely recommend them.

Not used a storage unit before, but with stress of moving etc was suprised to find the staff at such a store were so pleasent and helpful. I was so impressed I actually emailed the manager to let them know the person who served me was so helpful and nice - never usually bother but it isn't often anyone hears anything nice these days! They wrote back to thank me for taking the time to bother - so on staff value alone I woudl recomend it. The rest was totally fine.

For us it was the first time we resort to self-storage. People at Big yellow self-storage were extremely friendly and helpful to explain all things for us. I am really sorprised how easy, how flexible and how convenient is to use this type of storage to enjoy better our flat while having a piece of mind that our "excess goods" are well taken care of.

I'm moving house so needed to store some stuff between selling my old place and moving into the new one so this was ideal. I reserved a room online, when I got there the receptionist told me he had one the same size but closer to the lifts and that I might not need as much space as I thought when he saw how much I was storing. I would recommend filling in the inventory etc using the online check in facility cos there was quite a bit of paperwork to fill in when I got there
