I used the storage facilities recently and i was impressed with the value for money, the quality of the setup, security and most importantly the customer service which far exceeded what i expected, the customer service representative was engaging, helpful and made me feel that Big Yellow storage was the right choice for my storage needs.

Thought I may be overwhelmed by a masculine environenment but met lovely ladies at reception and found really easy to arrange. Very easy to store my kitchen. Painless procedure. Would definately recommend also very reasonable price.

I liked the attention of the staff and the easy of interacting with the billing / contracting activities. However a major caveat to all of you that are thinking of buying packaging materials, the quality of the boxes is below expectations with boxes coming apart at the seams even when not loaded, clearly an area where the Big Yellow needs improvement such as kicking out their current supplier and getting someone better to supply them quality materials.

Really efficient service, the staff were very helpful and even helped to find me the best value storage for my items, which you don't often get at a lot of companies that care less about the customer. Neil, the member of staff who assisted me, was helpful, friendly and intelligent, giving me the information I needed without useless jargon. Great Service.
