Initially there was no free units at Big Yellow in the lead-up to my moving house. As the time got closer, Neil called me to advise of the spaces that were being made available. Over the week or two that followed I felt my needs were being met and derive standard from Neil and the team were high. The move-in could have been challenging as we had more requirements than initially thought - again Neil was able to help and support. I’ve hired and trained teams of people and can confidently say that Neil is a definite asset to your company. I Trust he’s ‘got my back’. This is fantastic for me and I’ll happily refer to him.

From the initial enquiry it has been super easy and stress free. Even on Sunday when we realised we were going to arrive with the removals van before the store opened, I phoned the customer support and spoke to Patrick who added on out of hours access for that day! So helpful! Thank you
