Setting up storage was incredibly easy and hassle-free. Catherine at the Croydon branch was extremely informative and helpful, making the whole process smooth. The facility itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. Service was impeccable from start to finish. Highly recommend Big Yellow Storage for anyone needing a reliable and professional storage solution!
The support and help provided by Kathryn was excellent. She explained everything in detail. Even though we arrived late she gave us great service. We were very pleased.
Good stuff, communication straightforward.
Super Women Kathyrn was the only person on site early in the mor ing and seemed to be dealing with emergencies and customers all at the same time... She was ever efficient and supportive making the induction very smooth and quick... Her advise on the sizing the room also saved me money!!
Kathrine who called me wasn't that nice. I reserved a room for £25 week on offer and when I turned up to the store I was charged £42/pw. She just passed me to her colleague who just added more items such as dust cover on my invoice without asking. I think it wasn't great customer service, Katherine mentioned she took my drivers license and typed my name slowly saying that she was dyslexic. She fixed a price on the phone and then when I got there passed me over to her colleague who overcharged me.
Really easy sign up/ checking in process, which was explained clearly. Not pushy at all
The initial phone call arranging the storage was brilliant and everything was explained well.
Kathryn was clear and helpful and explained everything well
Everything was great! but it’s a 9 for me, cause if I need to add things to my locker, I need to update the details of it on an online form, then bring it and place it in the locker space. I understand the mechanics of it, the insurances to protect the items there, but it’s an other layer of work on the customer side . Not everyone of your customers are detailed and well thought out individuals, some of us might be abit more random and when schedule fits us; want to put more clothes, or items in the locker. maybe not all of us, feel this need for items to be insured up to date.
Everything. You have an amazing staff. From first contact everyone was super nice. People make the difference and you have them all
