Paula and Mr Bostick the two members of staff which dealt with us were friendly, attentive, professional, and patient with us and put us at our ease. They recommend the correct size of storage for in our needs

I initially spoke with Paula at Croydon who was extremely helpful and guided me through the necessities to obtain storage. Then I visited the store local to where I live in Norwich. I had not signed in on line but Helder was extremely patient and went through the whole procedure with me. I think the staff at both Croydon and Norwich were so patient and helpful. The phones are answered immediately and they were both aware, immediately, who I was and what I wished for. Just a real pleasure to deal with.
