Easy, polite helpful staff

From the very first call to Big Yellow, it has been a great experience. I was given help and information to decide on the best unit ext. On the day the goods arrived the customer service was also excellent. Charlene and Steph in the office went out of their way to help with the parking of the 18-meter long container lorry when the driver was insistent that he could not park. It was pouring down and we were helped with plastic sheets, trolleys and we all laughed about the size of the bolt cutters - like something out of a cartoon. I will always use BYSS in the future and cannot recommend the staff and customer service highly enough. Yvonne and Sara - Shopest

'Moving home is one of the most stressful times of you life', so they say. And mine was more than that! I received several calls from storage companies over a 2 month period after placing an enquiry online. Most storage company staff got on my nerves adding to my stress, however, Charlene at the Thrornton Heath branch hit the right tone. She actually made me feel more comfortable and confident about using Big Yellow to store my goods. Thank you Charlene. You should excel and train others. You are an asset to Big Yellow!

Steph was super helpful, she was very proactive and I felt she was doing her job for the benefit of the client rather than her commission. So great customer services.
