Both Paula and Charlene made me feel welcome. I needed a storage on the day due to circumstances and Paula made sure that I got one on the day, gave me a full tour, set me up with an account and showed me all the emergency exits & safety videos. I was really impressed. Thank you both for making me feel welcome
