Fantastic, no complaints at all. Very smooth and easy process, couldn’t speak highly enough of Ata and Tom.

First I was greet by one of the member of staff name Ata..she’s very polite and very friendly ..she’s well experienced and knew what size of storage we are after

The online booking was easy and the follow-up call was excellent with the staff incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. On the day of moving the in-store team were also wonderfully welcoming, helpful, bubbly (Charlene in particular), and made the whole experience completely painless. They explained the door entry process, the room alarm system, were on hand to help anyone who was struggling with their code. Genuinely a unexpectedly pleasant experience.

The enquiry was easier than I expected, I didn't feel pressured through out the process. In fact I was made to feel at ease always by my advisor Charlene who went above and beyond to help me explained the process in detail. She was understanding and very patient and easing into a different storage space was remarkably easy.
