My enquiry was handled professionally in a friendly and approachable manner, in particular by both Charlene and Tom (Big Yellow Storage Croydon). They made the entire process very easy and their communication in unparalleled.

All the members of staff that I dealt with both on the phone and in person were extremely polite and very helpful.

First I was greet by one of the member of staff name Ata..she’s very polite and very friendly ..she’s well experienced and knew what size of storage we are after
