From the initial call I made and spoke with Charlene my experience has been brilliant. I’m not able to get to the storage facility so it was all carried out online, and it ran smoothly. My only little niggle was that I wasn’t told the move had occurred, I had to make contact myself to confirm, but that could also be applied to Howdens.
Your customer service is on point, thanks to both ladies(Joy & Stephanie) who assisted me both with my initial enquiry and moving in, everything was explained to me very clearly and emails were sent out to me immediately on my day of moving. Thanks again ladies... Joan Davis
