Pretty good, even got a call after booking to discuss my storage needs.

I Find a clean and nice room. The people there very helpfull and nice customer service skills!

The online booking was easy and the follow-up call was excellent with the staff incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. On the day of moving the in-store team were also wonderfully welcoming, helpful, bubbly (Charlene in particular), and made the whole experience completely painless. They explained the door entry process, the room alarm system, were on hand to help anyone who was struggling with their code. Genuinely a unexpectedly pleasant experience.

The enquiry was easier than I expected, I didn't feel pressured through out the process. In fact I was made to feel at ease always by my advisor Charlene who went above and beyond to help me explained the process in detail. She was understanding and very patient and easing into a different storage space was remarkably easy.

Stephanie made my move so easy, going out of her way to show me different options, which saved me money! So happy. Stephanie and Charmaine made it a lovely experience. Will definitely recommend.

Charlene and Ata assisted me at the Croydon branch they where very helpful and professional in dealing with me. My mother recently passed away and we needed a place to temporary store items as the house was being rented. Both Charlene and Ata where compassionate and understanding when dealing with me and this help to cement the deal and choice of Croydon. I wish them all the best in the future.
