I was dealt with by Joy and Ata. Who were both very professional and helpful with my questions. I asked Joy if she could look at the price for me and she managed to bring the price down which I am very happy about. She showed me the room to make sure that it was right for me and went through all the docs patiently. They are a credit to your company.

My initial call with Charlene was great. She was very helpful, polite and had great customer service. This was one of the main reasons I decided to go with Big Yellow. Once at the store, my interaction with Michael was also of a good standard. Although there were a little hiccups when sorting out the paperwork side of things, he remained professional and offered great customer service to resolve the issues.
From the beginning to the end , the transition was smooth ,the staff was very helpful , and very polite . From the initial call I made and spoke with Charlene my experience has been brilliant. I’m not able to get to the storage facility so it was all carried out online, and it ran smoothly. My only little niggle was that I wasn’t told the move had occurred, I had to make contact myself to confirm, but that could also be applied to Howdens.
Your customer service is on point, thanks to both ladies(Joy & Stephanie) who assisted me both with my initial enquiry and moving in, everything was explained to me very clearly and emails were sent out to me immediately on my day of moving. Thanks again ladies... Joan Davis
