Everything was good from the very beginning because the person I spoke on the phone took the time to find the place that will suit me making me save money

Very professionally

I was dealt with by Joy and Ata. Who were both very professional and helpful with my questions. I asked Joy if she could look at the price for me and she managed to bring the price down which I am very happy about. She showed me the room to make sure that it was right for me and went through all the docs patiently. They are a credit to your company.

The two ladies Joy and Ata were were very helpful and this made a big difference in making my move less stressful.

My initial call with Charlene was great. She was very helpful, polite and had great customer service. This was one of the main reasons I decided to go with Big Yellow. Once at the store, my interaction with Michael was also of a good standard. Although there were a little hiccups when sorting out the paperwork side of things, he remained professional and offered great customer service to resolve the issues.

From the beginning to the end , the transition was smooth ,the staff was very helpful , and very polite . She brought warmth and satisfaction , the staff at the croydon branch was exceptionally good her name was "JOY " . I recommend her to be praised , very nice person and helpful. From the initial call I made and spoke with Charlene my experience has been brilliant. I’m not able to get to the storage facility so it was all carried out online, and it ran smoothly. My only little niggle was that I wasn’t told the move had occurred, I had to make contact myself to confirm, but that could also be applied to Howdens.
