I spoke to a lady called Joy on the phone and also met in person on the day of my storage removal. She was very helpful, the information she gave me made it easy for me to make a decision for the right choice of storage size, options, etc. She was very patient with me too while I also struggled to make a right decision but with her support everything felt easy. I was very pleased with her assistance. I initially signed up to get a smaller unit 15sqft I believe, but needed a larger size, she immediately showed me the 25 sqft in a good location, which I went for.

Ata who handled the move on the day was nothing short of excellent: utterly professional whilst also being personable. She is an absolute credit to the company.
