I spoke to a lady called Joy on the phone and also met in person on the day of my storage removal. She was very helpful, the information she gave me made it easy for me to make a decision for the right choice of storage size, options, etc. She was very patient with me too while I also struggled to make a right decision but with her support everything felt easy. Thank you so much Joy, highly appreciated.

Ata was very helpful and she took her time to explain and showed me around. She was very helpful and offered services available to me. I did arrive near to the closing time and but she took her time and was very patient with me and completed all the necessary paper work. Thank you so much for being super helpful.

Joy was incredibly personable, helpful and efficient. She made me feel confident about signing up with Big Yellow Storage. She is an asset to the company and team. I was very pleased with her assistance. I initially signed up to get a smaller unit 15sqft I believe, but needed a larger size, she immediately showed me the 25 sqft in a good location, which I went for.
