i was looked after by Charlene Sutton who was absolutely wonderful. She was always smiling, always willing to answer any questions i had and kept to COVID-19 guidelines at all times. She made my time at your store a time well spent and i will always recommend big yellow as a result of the great impression she left me with.

I spoke to a lady called Joy on the phone and also met in person on the day of my storage removal. She was very helpful, the information she gave me made it easy for me to make a decision for the right choice of storage size, options, etc. She was very patient with me too while I also struggled to make a right decision but with her support everything felt easy.
