Well and easy

Very well yeah. Smooth and easy.

I had no problems with my initial enquiry. Everything seemed quite straightforward. I was slightly confused when on arrival, I was asked to pay for the entire storage time fee. I was under the impression that I was to pay only the first 4 weeks plus a deposit. Perhaps this should be made clearer at the booking stage.

Good follow up and helpful staff. Need to be clearer about insurance and what is required to avoid losing money. Also attempting to add unnecessary items such as a dust sheet to the bill without first asking.

Grace was very friendly and helpful; the process of getting set up did take a while tho

Very friendly, easy going manner. Which made it a more pleasant experience and easy to understand.

Monta was so helpful. I thought I had booked online but I hadn't but nothing was too much trouble for her, finding me space and showing me around. A very pleasant experience.
