Everything was very smooth and the person dealing with us, Monta, went through everything in detail and was very helpful.

I made an online enquiry and received a call almost immediately from Gill. She sounded upbeat and lovely in her message. I called back and spoke with Grace who set everything up. She was also on reception on Sunday when we arrived, remembered the call and was very polite and professional.

Friendly informative staff made the process from my online enquiry through to actual booking & usage straight forward & simple.

The initial enquiry was handled well, but there was a lot of incorrect information given about payments.

Grace at the Edinburgh branch was great
