Very easy check-in online and follow up email confirmation

Hammad called and explained thoroughly the process and made it very easy for me. He also offered me a good discount and was overall very helpful.

Email response very prompt and pricing clear (save for add on insurance). Harry at the store could not have been nicer. I’ve dealt with a few members of staff over the years and they are all a credit to you.

Spoke to Lindsey, she was very polite and professional and explained the process. Then assigned me two removers (Chip & Kris) which were also very helpful and made the while removing smooth & efficient and I will definitely enquire to have them help again. Excellent Service!

The store team was brilliant. Anthony served me when I checked in and he was extremely helpful and professional and made everything a lot easier for me as I was quite stressed with moving everything on that day. I was actually in the store the day before for the initial enquiry and the staff then was really informative which made my check-in a lot smoother. Although I didn't get his name, he was working next to Anthony when I check-in just before the store closes on the 16th of October.

Everyone was very helpful, from my initial call through to moving into the room. Harry, James and Bradley all helped me and I was very impressed with the level of service they gave.
