Bradley was very useful and he made the check in process super easy. Moving out of your house is always a stressful time and i fell this made everything so much easier.

Excellent all around

Good service, good business model. Rooms are small, but the process is fair and easy. Locks are very expensive

Very nicely handled, I was phoned up straight away which I wasn't expecting but the staff member was very clear and helpful as soon as I answered, it saved me having to remember to phone later or do any more research! Was very informative and clear and I was able to ask questions.

Staff were very professional and polite, it put me at ease. In particular the staff member called Mark in the Kennington branch.

Everything very good

I was very surprised when in store the cost of the mandatory insurance. This would have been a far better experience if this was more clear in your pricing.
