The store team was brilliant. Anthony served me when I checked in and he was extremely helpful and professional and made everything a lot easier for me as I was quite stressed with moving everything on that day. I was actually in the store the day before for the initial enquiry and the staff then was really informative which made my check-in a lot smoother. Although I didn't get his name, he was working next to Anthony when I check-in just before the store closes on the 16th of October.

Everyone was very helpful, from my initial call through to moving into the room. Harry, James and Bradley all helped me and I was very impressed with the level of service they gave.

Website was really useful when deciding the unit size. Booking process was simple. Staff were really helpful and friendly on move in. Everything was explained clearly and was given a demo of access to the unit.

Big Yellow have been brilliant. They spotted I had tried to book online and it hadn't worked, so called me within five minutes to arrange my booking. I moved the date of my booking and changed the size of the room over the phone, and the team were very friendly. It was also very easy on arrival and the team were great in making us aware of everything that we needed to know.

Extremely easy, enquiries online and was called within the hour, was explained everything by colleague Mark and he provided clear breakdowns of costs and what was required.

Anthony was incredibly helpful and friendly during my move in. He put me in a good mood for the rest of the day! The other employees were also friendly and Big Yellow seems to have a nice friendly vibe.

I've used Big Yellow 2 times before, but Bradley explained the process again clearly for my new booking, he made it all very straightforward.
