The initial enquiry online was very simple. The immediate call-back as soon as I’d received the quote felt a little bit full-on as I’d made the enquiry to understand my options around house moving dates rather than because I was in a place to commit and ready to hear about deals on boxes etc. Could just be me though!

the front desk guy who booked us was very sweet and kind and i felt at ease despite a stressful weekend of moving. my only issue really is the cost, it seems pretty expensive, even with the 50% initial discount. but oh well, that's the way it is.

I called Big Yellow, after calling a few other competitors and afterward, I didn't have to call any other company. I later went to visit the Kennington branch where we were greeted by Anthony. I was blown away by how friendly and informative he was. His explanation was very clear and he gave us a tour of the storage facility and offered us water on a very hot day. I went with my mother, who was not very strong in English. Anthony was able to explain everything in Chinese to her in a very professional manner. We were so impressed, we made a booking immediately.
