Registration took a long time (longer than to help my removal men fill their van and to drive to the location). I thought this would be quick as I had registered on line, used Big Yellow before. Was also told I had to buy a mattress cover for the 2.5 weeks and unlike the Yellow Box in Kingston you have to buy a cover for the floor too. It's a good storage solution but their should be a fast track service for those that have been before as movers cost a lot per hour! The room was also very tall but it's of course more useful if things don't need to be stacked so high as this is bad for your stored items and I worry that some of my belongings might crush - fingers crossed!

Take your bone marrow, dna, blood sample. just wanted to store items not be processed like a prisoner. Big brother, cost much more than initial offer.

I had a great experience at Big Yellow in Kennington, it was really easy to get my stuff down to the room, and it'll hopefully be as easy to get it back out again. My only gripe is the fact that you have to pay for 4 weeks up front - So for short-term storage (I'm only storing stuff for ten days) it's a bit of a financial hurdle to have to overcome, especially considering all of the other expenses of moving house!

From the first phone call to Karen of Big Yellow in Kennington and subsequent calls to both Karen and Mark my move was a breeze. They are helpful, professional and made me feel that my move/ belongings were important to them as well as to me. Karen was helpful and informative with regard to costs and all related questions and answers re my move. Well done, and thank you. A move can be a very stressful experience ~ but this move was the easiest I have ever had to organise due to the helpful consideration from Karen and Mark at Big Yellow, Kennington

Is the first time I use one of this services, but im very happy with big yellow. After I made a booking of a room, they showed it to me and changed because it was too big. The staff was very nice to me at all times. The only this is that I didnt like is that the reception hours was my same working hours, so I had to purchase the extended entry, and anyway i just could use it until 23:00. It would be nice to have the extended until 1:00 in the morning at lease...

This is the first time I have needed to use a storage facility and am overly impressed with the professionalism (especially security) of the the whole operation and especially the staff, namely Karen Terry who kindly answered a number of annoying questions in a polite tone over the phone and patiently face to face. Both Karen and the Big Yellow facilities in particular are highly reccomended.

For a first experience using a storage facility, this was a fantastic experience. Use of the special offer (10% discount with nationwide mortgage, plus an additional 50% discount for the first 8 weeks), make it great value for a short-term storgage solution. Really easy to set-up, and like the on-line check-in to save time. Fantastic customer service from front-of-house staff which is a true rarity these days. Would recommend to others.

I had to get some things into storage last minute, and the staff was so helpful and friendly, it really helped decrease the stress of moving.

I was very impressed by the high professionalism and friendliness of the staff, especially Ms. Preda. It made this experience very pleasant.

This was just what i wanted... a clean and safe place to store my possessions for a while. The staff were fantastic.
