Initial greeting and explanation really friendly and good.

Yeah it was very straight forward, sufficient advice was given etc.

Communication was great throughout. I had some questions so called in advance and staff were very accommodating. On the day George made the process very smooth and made a stressful thing very easy!

The person on the phone was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She made everything easy and made all the pricing clear.

The whole process was very simple and hassle free. All the staff who I spoke to were extremely friendly and helpful! They answered any questions or concerns I had and helped make it a lot easier! I would highly recommend Big Yellow New X to a friend!

Initial enquiry and first visit was very well handled and engaging and follow up email exchanges very responsive. When I'd broken my hand and needed to delay move in the team was helpful. And finally my actual move in was really well handled by George who was clear, personable, and went out of his way to be helpful.
