I was very stressed as i had to complete my house sale with 48hrs notice. I had no idea how it worked. The assistant who guided us through the process was exceptional. Mum and I both remarked that he was a real asset to your company. He was informative without overwhelming us. He took his time in making sure he understood our storage needs and advised us that a better deal was available. He was patient enough to go through everything at our pace. He made a very difficult few days much easier. I turned up on moving day knowing exactly what I was doing thanks to him! Ref NE75666

Based on my first contact with Big Yellow by phone; subsequent phone calls prior to check-in; and a swift check-in process by Valentine Fabian yesterday evening with friendly smiles all along. My overall experience was a satisfactory one with friendly tone of voices over the phone.

Friendly staff who went the extra mile, especially the Hungarian guy who offered to help us unload the van.

Everything was so well explained and clear from the first moment. Ernest at Laura on arrival were very helpful also, they showed me around, explained all details on how it worked and what next steps would be etc. Overall very satisfied, only thing is the payment of 4 weeks beforehand and then getting the money back etc is not my preferred way of paying.
