During my initial call with the manager Mark, and subsequently with Valentin, they were both so incredibly helpful. Valentin was great and is a real asset to the team, he was so helpful with my questions and was great in explaining how everything would work. On the day I moved my things in to storage Ernest was also great at showing me the room, explaining the procedure of accessing the room. Overall you have an amazing team.
