Everything was explained well and the process was easy. I interacted with Val in the New Cross store and he was great, making what could have been a stressful experience really quite fun.

Re first question - lack of parking and trolleys. Lorries were allowed to block the parking bay meaning it was difficult to get in and out with goods. Not enough trolleys available either. The whole place was clear, bright and welcoming. Val who checked us in was fantastic. Very friendly and funny!

I was dealt with by Ernest who was extremely helpful and courteous. The whole procedure was really quick and I felt supported throughout.

The customer service given was excellent. Detailed and bespoke to my needs. Valentin Fabian at New Cross was extremely helpful. Friendly. Understanding and welcoming.

Everything was easy and straightforward, we even had an issue with the padlock and you replaced it for us without any bother!!

What you end up paying in the end is way more than what they tell you on the online quotes. Like 3-4 times more expensive. I'm not sure I will be using this service again. I got a telephone box for a month.
