We submitted an online price estimate request and were called back by someone at the store either on the same day or the next day. They were so helpful and friendly, giving us more details about how the booking system works, how to check in, insurance etc but also advising us on what size storage room might be best for us and who to book a moving van with. Checking in and moving in was really easy and we were particularly happy with the customer service from Ellie Haley who was very warm and welcoming, and gave us a clear breakdown of the costs involved and a run through of how to use the system.
