Booking and moving in process was easy

The manager fully explained the procedures and was extremely reassuring

I had Tom Hayward and he was incredibly helpful and amiable. He explained everything to me such as fire exits, and how to input my code, it was all very easy to comprehend. A great asset to have on any team as he is not only good at his job but seemed like a very nice person in general and easy to chat to.

They called back very quickly and they managed to price match the other storage company. Very happy with that.

Staff (Tom) phoned up in advance and explained process and was very helpful when I went to collect the items I had ordered, and also later on in the week when I checked in to start storing my belongings.

I thought my initial enquirey was handled very well and i greatly appreciated that the staff worked with me to provide me with the best price for the storage locker.

Everything was made very easy. The staff is very friendly and available despite the difficult situation due to coronavirus outbreak and the social distancing measures. I was helped on site by the manager, Tom, who was very helpful and kind. I was also assisted by email by Ellie, who also was very helpful and friendly.
