They called back very quickly and they managed to price match the other storage company. Very happy with that.

Staff (Tom) phoned up in advance and explained process and was very helpful when I went to collect the items I had ordered, and also later on in the week when I checked in to start storing my belongings.

I thought my initial enquirey was handled very well and i greatly appreciated that the staff worked with me to provide me with the best price for the storage locker.

I was met by a man called Tom, and he really made the moving in very seamless. He explained everything very clearly and I was able to understand a lot. Booking was made very easy due to his help.

Everything was made very easy. The staff is very friendly and available despite the difficult situation due to coronavirus outbreak and the social distancing measures. I was helped on site by the manager, Tom, who was very helpful and kind. I was also assisted by email by Ellie, who also was very helpful and friendly.

Web site is excellent and user friendly, young lady at reception on arrival was so polite and friendly guiding me through whole process even in these difficult times , I work in customer care and can honest say I was very very impressed from the moment I entered building till I left , thank you so much Big yellow and staff could not fault you in any way . Ellie and Tom are fantastic, I have used the store previously and tom (manager) was very professional and welcomed us back.
