Communication was great from first contact. Ellie, who handled the move from the beginning, was friendly and helpful throughout. Everything was clearly explained and the whole process was relaxed and stress free. Can't fault the service at all.

We had a few special requests as our items we needed to store were coming from spain and i was unable to be there at the time of delivery. All your staff were very helpful in solving this issue
It all went very well and smoothly. It did take quite a long time considering I had already checked in on line.
I have found that the staff are very efficient, helpful and pleasant in introducing Big Yellow storage and setting up the account. The process is quite long winded, even after checking in online, but all the steps have to be taken to ensure security and mutual understanding. It would be useful however, to inform new clients what an average setup time is likely to be. I had plenty of time available so this was personally not an issue.

The lady I spoke to regarding a quote was super helpful. She was understanding, polite, friendly and made me feel at ease during a stressful time. Everything was explained fully to me and nothing was too much trouble to explain in detail.
Everything was explained clearly over the phone initially, including any possible extras needed, eg lock, insurance etc. When I attended the facility everything was as per the telephone conversation, access was clearly explained and I was given the option to amend the storage space size if necessary.
Ellie was great, clearly explained the process and what was needed. She also doubled checked whether the size I had ordered was suitable for my needs
