The team at Big Yellow Nottingham handled my enquiry so so well! I had to reschedule my moving date a couple times and they were absolutely amazing with helping me out. Tom is a fantastic member of the team, explained the entire process to me as we went to view my unit and also explained in great detail the lengths they are going to to ensure cleanliness and social distancing throughout (eg hand sanitiser stations, wiping keypads down every hour, only allowing one household in the office at a time)

Tom & team were great, in these times of more controls the process was well planned, smooth & controlled, but maintained a very approachable & welcoming service..it was a very professional set-up.

My initial phone enquiry was a delight and Ellie was very helpful. When we called in she was again extremely helpful and easy to chat to. She now feels like a friend I can go to any time for help at the Big Yellow store., Tom was also very helpful On the phone when I got stuck signing in at home.

It was the 4th booking for us moving each time to different units..the Nottingham.team.really helped us alot this time, at a very particularly difficult time with the corona virus situation. However it has been a really big pain trying to keep business costs down and having to move out of the old units to another one to .do so..especially when they weren't 100% occupied.

Since my first enquiry, everything was dealt with swiftly and straight forward. The flexibility that Big Yellow offers really helps.

Ellie was very friendly. She sorted all my concerns very quickly and she was smiley the whole time. Well done!
