My initial enquiry was handled really well by Tom Hayward, manager of the Nottingham store, who assuaged any worries I had about the move of belongings from a private address in London to the Big Yellow store in Nottingham. He explained very clearly what I'd need to do, and how easy it would be for the removals team to put the stuff straight into storage. Whatever questions I had, he dealt with simply and reassuringly, and arranged for me to complete the paperwork with my local team in Edmonton. I got equally brilliant service from the Edmonton manager, Darren Naylor, who talked me through everything and was very friendly and helpful.

Was impressed by the speed that I received a telephone call regarding my initial investigation re room size and prices on line. The call fromTom was helpful and very friendly. Moving into my storage space( which had to be increased on the day) was very easy facilitated by the removal firm recommended by your firm and by Nicola, who took me easily through the process. Again she was very helpful and friendly, and immediately offered me a drink and helped make what is a potentially very stressful experience far more manageable.

The whole process was very informative and helpful. The building and units were extremely clean with a good choice of sizes. The security of entry to various places from the front gates into the building, lifts and units was excellent. However, I must commend very highly the young lady who introduced herself and then guided us through the whole process. She was very friendly and courtious with a lovely sense of humour. Her name was ELLIE as an employer you should prize her highly
