It was very easy as I was contacted quite a lot to remind me of how to check in and to see if everything was okay

I booked/reserved online, and found the calls/messages left regarding my booking (though of course very polite) to be quite irritating. I would have preferred to be contacted by email so maybe this could be an option in the future. Regarding overall ease, the website was easy to understand and use, and once in store Ellie was amazing and really helpful.
