I spoke with Karl about getting a quote for a storage unit. I was quoted an extremely competitive price at the outset at the outset. I did not have to haggle, and Karl managed to further improve the price quoted as a goodwill gesture. My experience with storage companies was the exact opposite. They initially quoted a ridiculous price and then offered to better or price match. I found this practice a waste of my time and refused to deal with them. Kudos to Karl and BigYellow for maintaining and ethical approach towards business.

Sacha won me in everything. She provided the best custom service I’ve eve experience, should be a leading example of what custom service should be. Before I dealt with Toby who was also amazing to me, I couldn’t thank him enough.

Karl, Toby, and another young lady on check-in day 16th Sept23 were so helpful, polite, they couldn’t do enough. Very professional staff, this was consistent when any client entered reception.

Sasha was great from the get go, friendly professional and beyond helpful. Assisted me with arranging a removal company. Toby was just as great, getting the paperwork sorted, detailed explanation of the do's and dont's and general understanding of how the storage works.

Application was simple and Sasha was very helpful.
