Great storage. Good location. Karl, my man, for the last 7 years (yes, I am with them that long, guess what keep me witht them soooo long?). 24/7 acces. Clean and tidy place, not like others (yes, I have bad experience with couple Reading storages). No problems or issues. Fully recommend.
Very easy to set up, get checked in and lovely guy helped us with everything. Great set up with lifts, loading bay, trolleys available, Would recommend.
Service was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful during the check in. Luke, Toby and Karl were the three best staff I’ve ever met. They assisted me a lot. Would totally recommend this place for storage during summer holiday for students.
Great location and great service! Karl, Toby, Luke - great team to work with!
Staff always friendly and helpful. Karl, Toby and Luke always a pleasure to deal with.
I’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience with Big Yellow Storage Reading and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From start to finish, the team has been professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly. A special shoutout goes to Karl, Toby, and Luke—they truly went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. Karl was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through the best storage options for my needs. Toby was prompt and efficient with the paperwork, making the whole process feel seamless. And Luke was so helpful on the day of the move-in—he made sure everything was in order and even gave some great tips on maximizing space in the unit. Their combined efforts made what could have been a stressful situation into a very positive one. The facility itself is spotless, secure, and easy to access. Highly recommended if you’re looking for storage in Reading—Big Yellow and their brilliant team won’t let you down!
The service from the team at Big Yellow is spot on. Karl and Toby always go above and beyond - they are super friendly and helpful. I would recommend storing your items with Big Yellow for the customer service that you receive from these two alone. They are a credit to your team Big Yellow
