I spoke with Karl about getting a quote for a storage unit. I was quoted an extremely competitive price at the outset at the outset. I did not have to haggle, and Karl managed to further improve the price quoted as a goodwill gesture. My experience with storage companies was the exact opposite. They initially quoted a ridiculous price and then offered to better or price match. I found this practice a waste of my time and refused to deal with them. Kudos to Karl and BigYellow for maintaining and ethical approach towards business.

Support completing inventory Full breakdown of cost, no hidden cost. No pressure to book storage No rushing, given extra time even on move in day to consider smaller unit if required. Karl, Toby, and another young lady on check-in day 16th Sept23 were so helpful, polite, they couldn’t do enough. Very professional staff, this was consistent when any client entered reception.
