All very easy and the booking staff were very approachable, flexible and understood my needs. The only issue was with the email to confirm my reservation - I did not realise that I had to do this quickly and my first reservation was therefore cancelled. As soon as I contacted them about this the staff at Reading BogYellow explained the process again, we rebooked and all proceeded smoothly. On moving into the storage, everything was exactly what we needed, both in terms of the space and the customer service.

Your employee at the reading store where I am was extremely helpful and patient with me due to an illness she has made the storage an easy process I cannot thank her enough she had a really tuff client whilst I was there and managed to take the complaint and still come out smiling even though the complaint was beyond her control

Booking was easy and going through the documents and process was very easy and felt welcomed by Karl who helped me massively! had a walk through, showed me how to use the pin machines and showed me where the trolleys and toilets where.

Everything from the initial telephone enquiry to when we arrived and Sacha explained the process to us was well handled in a polite and friendly manner.

The initial enquiry was very simple. Completing the online enquiry only took a couple of minutes, and I received a call from Big Yellow within about 10 minutes. I had to make a couple of additional follow-up calls as I thought of additional questions, and each person that I talked to was friendly and helpful.

Very promptly and Karl explained the overall process to me clearly. He also provided the relevant fee quotes quickly and talked me through the options available to me.

The team was very responsiveness with the fact that I had to change check in dates a couple of times, gave me all the relevant info clearly Online check in was straight forward

Very easy to book space and move in made very easy by Karl who was very clear in his explanations
