Both members of staff were really friendly and welcoming. After seeing the demo space I decided I would prefer a smaller room, Karolina changed my booking so quickly and was really helpful showing me my space and explaining everything to me. Overall the ladies at the desk were so kind and made the experience really pleasant.

Matt was really kind and friendly, and gave me lots of useful advice seeing as I'd not dealt with moving things into storage before. Everything was made very clear, and the team at the store dealt with the complicated situation at hand very efficiently, minimising the contact necessary (which was great due to the situation with COVID-19).
