Great experience, from start to finish.

We initially enquired for the Byfleet store, before then deciding on Reading, one the phone we initially dealt with Noelia which was fine, and then signing the actual Paperwork etc with Sacha went really well.

Very good, friendly and informative

Very efficient, we didn't ring ahead or reserve online. We just turned up with a car load of stuff. Greeted with a smile and Karolina sorted us out immediately. We shown different sized units that they had available and were talked through the costs. Nothing was too much of a problem for her and she maintained her professionalism throughout.

Everything was top rate

Very straightforward. Helpful initial person I spoke to on the phone. Easy on line check in.

All have been handled perfectly as usually.
