The initial enquiry was handled brilliantly, a member of the team called me after my reservation to explain the process and let me know about the online check in. In store Sasha took me through everything very well and provided a great customer experience.

The lady I spoke to over the phone (Jordan) for my initial enquiry about using storage for the first time was really lovely and helpful. She provided all the information I needed and I ended up holding a storage unit for the following weekend.

Matt did our initial enquiry and was amazed how easy he made it for us. We had to change the date several times and was never made to feel a nuisance, even though I was totally embarrassed about it. Anyway it all happened this week and we checked in with Karl at the store and I couldn't fault him, everything was just perfect.

My brother in law made the booking remotely and when I arrived at reception it was necessary to make some changes. Karl made it very easy and examined everything in detail. We were then shown personally to the space. It was all easy in the end

Very quick and easy. The calculations were a bit misleading but not by the team, more by the website.

Sacha Horton was amazing to deal with. She explains all the procedures very clearly. It was an absolute pleasure to have sat across the desk from her. Made it all so simple and easy. Thank you. In regards to choosing a primary deciding factor, I would choose all of them, but can't so have gone with Customer Service.
