The whole process was extremely easy and the store team were great and made it very clear - especially Mat!

It was fantastic. I was, very well attended. the facilities are fantastic and the price even better.

Karl was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything really well.

The man I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and Matt and Saskia who were on reception when I checked in were great, friendly, efficient & helpful (and Matt makes excellent tea :) )

Apart from being bombarded with information, the process was straightforward.

I am storing my items at Big Yellow in Reading and dealt with Matt and Karl there. They were very pleasant and very helpful, got through the whole process with ease and very stress-free.

Great service thank you. Even with only one member of staff who did his very best while he was dealing with multiple customers at once. Recommend more staff at weekends when general public are off work and are more likely to enter/enquire for storage. Only comment is the lifts - The numbers G, 1, 2 and 3 could do with letter references so you know what level your room might be on - like G - Exit, Reception & A-B, 1 - C-F etc etc.
