Initial enquiry was online and while it's a bit annoying to put in all your details to get a quote, I did get a call back from big yellow almost straight away to go through the details and make sure I was getting what I needed and a good price

This is my first time for renting a storage facility and it was made easy by the friendly staff and the no nonsense booking process then when i came back to finalise the deal it was quick and easy as I had booked in on line by the way great feature the sales lady was very clear when explaining the process and then showed me around the facility a good job all round
