Excellent help from Carl to agree contract, and repeatedly excellent help from Sacha in-store to get me set up and moved in - properly excellent service

The initial enquiry made online and followed by an online chat was seamless. The staff - Ed was very helpful. It was a matter of fact and professional dealings. The minute I decided I needed a space fr storage minutes later I have confirmation.

Matt was really kind and friendly, and gave me lots of useful advice seeing as I'd not dealt with moving things into storage before. Everything was made very clear, and the team at the store dealt with the complicated situation at hand very efficiently, minimising the contact necessary (which was great due to the situation with COVID-19).
