The young man who did my reservation was very helpful. I can not find anything he did wrong. He explained everything well, was friendly and respectful. I cant remember if his name was craig hunter but i remember he mention that he has joined three months back only. The other guy arlt reception who explained about the insurance was also very helpful. Overall 10 on 10 for services
The young guy that guy that served me was extremely knowledgeable and engaged in meaningful conversation. He actually took an interest in what I was saying, not just the sale.
the customer service in the reading branch (A33 - Rose Kiln Lane) was amazing. Both Mitch and Karl have been fabulous to deal with, they were both very friendly, explained everything clearly and with a good level of detail. I am happy with the service they provided, and because of them I would be happy to re-use Big Yellow storage again, and recommend it to any of my family / friends that are looking for a storage location.

Ellie was doing my check-in and was very professional and helpful. The experience was overall very good, the only reason for not highest rating is the price - it is about 15-20% higher than i would be willing to pay, however Big Yellow offered the best conditions at the same price as its competitors.
