I recently moved into a storage unit at Big Yellow in Reading, and I just have to say how wonderful Atiqa was throughout the whole process. From the moment I walked in, she was so sweet, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Moving can be really stressful, but Atiqa’s calm and friendly approach immediately put me at ease. She took the time to show me different storage unit options so I could find exactly what I needed, and explained everything clearly and patiently. It genuinely felt like she cared about making sure I was comfortable and confident with my decision. Her professionalism, kindness, and warm demeanor made a huge difference during a hectic time.
