Customer reviews for Reading Self Storage

One word - fantastic!

Fantastic,very friendly and proffessional

Easy with great customer service

I will use Big Yellow again.

Very satisfied The best, flexible deal available at a location easily accessed from major highways. The staff work hard to make sure you make the right choice of storage unit for your needs. Having the right offering of trolleys etc is very important. Being able to online check-in in advance is a very positive factor.

Excellent

Steph was very helpful on the phone explaining everything and Michelle was very helpful on the day we moved in.

Quick and efficient

Absolutely fantastic, faultless. Considering I had never used storage before I could not be more pleased with my choice to go with Big Yellow. Will recommend without doubt.

Fabulous, really happy
