Used a 30sqft room to store some my stuff whilst I was between houses. Staff were very friendly and helpful, site is clean and tidy. Would recommend to anyone considering storage.

Fisrt time I've had a need to use storage and Reading team made it very easy. The store is impressive; clean, bright, with a sense that it is highly secure and well organised. The staff team were all very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They could not have made it any easier. The online registration means you avoid time sat at the desk on day one. Based on my experience, would recommend it to anyone.
Excellent facility in Reading, clean and well-run, with helpful staff and a pleasant atmosphere. The moving-in process was quick and efficient. I feel confident about the security and that my stuff will be safe there.

I have used self storage for the first time and i have to say i was really happy with servise, cleanless and conditions of the rooms. Staff at Big Yellow in Reading were absolutly amaizing. Daniel and Anna were great and nothing was too much trouble even that english is not my first language :) Both have exceed my expectation. I thought i will have a lot of stress moving my stuff but didnt even notice when it happen. In one go i had room booked, boxes and van organised even taxi to take me back home. THANK YOU GUYS !!!!

Organising storage with Big Yellow was very easy. Reserved my space on line. Arrived on the selected day. Was shown around, paid and then moved in. Everything went smoothly.
