The staff have always been very friendly and professional. The facility itself is very new and clean and secure. Really if you have storage needs I don't see you could ask for much more.

What I really like about the Big Yellow Storage in Reading is that it is quite close to where I live, brand new, security is brilliant and easy to use, the staff are friendly but when you're set up its all automated which is great for those anti-social people like me! Ha ha. I would highly recommend them!
