Moved into Big Yellow yesterday as one of their local charity partners- Dingley's Promise (we support children up to 5 with SEND). The room is big, whole facility is very clean and the staff are extremely helpful. The added bonus no stairs and huge trolleys to move things around! Shout out to Karl who sorted this for us and has been hugely professional throughout. Highly recommend to anyone wanting storage solutions in Reading 🐻 ❤️ 💙

Great storage. Good location. Karl, my man, for the last 7 years (yes, I am with them that long, guess what keep me witht them soooo long?). 24/7 acces. Clean and tidy place, not like others (yes, I have bad experience with couple Reading storages). No problems or issues. Fully recommend.

Very easy to set up, get checked in and lovely guy helped us with everything. Great set up with lifts, loading bay, trolleys available, Would recommend.

Service was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful during the check in. Luke, Toby and Karl were the three best staff I’ve ever met. They assisted me a lot. Would totally recommend this place for storage during summer holiday for students.
