Customer reviews for Reading Self Storage

I used a box for a couple of months. The staff was great, very helpful and nice. It was really easy to do everything. Brilliant and very safe place.

Easy to access

Amazing service and very helpful and provided all what we needed - Atiqa was a really great help and made the process very easy

We had a good look around at prices, storage space & so on. Big Yellow Storage is modern, clean, different size Storage to go up or down in size if needed, a good price, safe storage & easy access.

First time I needed to rent storage in my life and it was way easier that I thought. You can pretty much do everything online and the prices are very competitive ones. When I went to the storage, the employees in Reading were amazing (so sorry I don’t remember the names), super helpful too as they showed me real rooms and I found out that actually I didn’t need as much storage as I was planning to rent. I really love that you need your codes to access in and out of the place and it has cctv and alarm. It gives me a lot of confidence that my stuff is safe. Overall amazing experience and so much space in my house now :)

Fantastic facilities and incredibly helpful staff. Great supporters of the Aldworth Philharmonic Orchestra. We'd highly recommend Big Yellow Reading for all your self storage needs.

Nice and friendly staff, Atiqa and Toby were very helpful. Everything was done easily and smoothly.
