Good customer service

You gave us 1/2 price discount for the initial 8 weeks and a ground floor room and Carl was very helpful on reception when we came to visit. Everything was well explained and you called us to confirm everything was in place within a matter of hours. Extended hours access is easy to get and the charge is reasonable.

I was served by Karl who seem genuinely concerned about my wellbeing. He was helpful, clear and very friendly.

Toby helped us so well, explained everything to detail. He answered any questions we had and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

Sasha was very helpful

The customer service and detailed information on the overall process received by Sacha and Karl (Reading Branch) was fantastic. I had alternative options for storage but one meeting with Sacha was enough for her to convince me that Big yellow was the right vendor.

I’ve been coming in and out for packaging materials for the last few days , Sasha has been really friendly and helpful through out, I then realised I would need some storage for what I’ve been packing up, she helped me determine the size I would need over the phone, mark was really helpful and friendly when I came down to look at the storage and showed me round a good few trying to find the best shape locker for my belongings, both made it really easy for me
