The flexibility of the service including being able to change dates is really great. Also helps that there was a half price offer on as the cost can feel prohibitive on paper. The team on site was also very friendly and helpful, talking me through options and being patient with changes.

Good customer service
You gave us 1/2 price discount for the initial 8 weeks and a ground floor room and Carl was very helpful on reception when we came to visit. Everything was well explained and you called us to confirm everything was in place within a matter of hours. Extended hours access is easy to get and the charge is reasonable.
I was served by Karl who seem genuinely concerned about my wellbeing. He was helpful, clear and very friendly.
Toby helped us so well, explained everything to detail. He answered any questions we had and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.
