I had a good experience from start to end from Karl and Sasha. Karl particularly has gone over and beyond to help me in difficult situations.

Sacha was very welcoming and helped with advice on the size of the storage. Also the initial contact was good in that there was follow up to my call which put Big Yellow at the top of the list.
